Steve Howes joined McDonald Estate Agents in 1989, originally as a Mortgage Adviser, before quickly progressing through the company to become what was then the youngest Branch Sales Manager in the firm’s history. His passion for the property industry, combined with a forward-thinking approach to business, ultimately led to a successful management buyout in 1996.
Widely recognised within the company as the “facts and figures” man, Steve combines decades of industry knowledge with a sharp analytical mind and a strong focus on innovation. He has played a key role in helping shape the company’s modern marketing and digital presence, ensuring McDonald Estate Agents continues to evolve whilst maintaining the traditional values and service standards it has been known for since 1948.
Away from the office, Steve’s enthusiasm for the outdoors is just as strong as his passion for property. Whether it’s biking, skiing, hiking, camping, or exploring new landscapes, he is always planning the next adventure and is very much regarded as the company’s resident outdoor enthusiast.
