95% MORTGAGES ARE COMING BACK - 95% loan to value mortgages are to be made available to all buyers of properties costing up to £600,000, with the Government providing a guarantee – similar to the Help To Buy scheme, but NOT restricted to new build properties only. Many big lenders are already backing the scheme, according to the chancellor.

STAMP DUTY – The Stamp Duty Land Tax holiday will now be extended. Until 30 June 2021, so no stamp duty will be charged on a residential property bought for up to £500,000. From July Until 30 September 2021, no stamp duty will be charged on a residential property bought for up to £250,000.
