There has been a torrent of national media commentary about how the market has ‘cooled’ from 2022. Now we can attest here at McDonalds to the fact that the ‘buying frenzy’ we have experienced over the last couple of years here on the Fylde has certainly calmed down… but it is by no means quiet! We have achieved over a 60% increase in sales agreed in January 2023 compared to January 2022. Here’s just a small selection of the sales we have agreed so far in 2023.
