· Your offices are closed, are you still open for business?
Yes, we are most definitely open for business and are only an email or phone call away. We are following Government guidelines and working remotely. We can be contacted anytime by email

FAQ's - FOR SELLERS
· How do you market my property during this time?
We will ensure that your property continues to appear on Rightmove, On-The-Market and of course our own website McDonald Property . We are still in contact by email and phone with our existing buyers and we still have new buyers registering with us.
· Can you still progress my property sale?
We will progress your sale through to completion in the same way that we normally would. Our sales progression team are working remotely and continuing to chase existing sales. Do please keep in mind though we can only communicate with those who are also available. eg: solicitors are also dealing within the restrictions of the lockdown.
· Can I still receive viewings ?
There should not be any visitors into your home, and you should therefore not let people visit your property for viewings. Be assured though that we are still having daily conversations with buyers, are logging their interest, and will arrange appointments just as soon as we are allowed to do so.
· Should I place my property marketing on hold?
No…We have found that people are still planning for the future, and in some cases the challenges faced by the enforced lockdown are becoming a motivating factor for potential buyers. We are still seeing customers registering to buy houses with us and requesting viewings, which will be arranged just as soon as we are allowed. You are free to continue to accept offers on your property - Numerous McDonald’s clients have done just that in the last week !
· Should I pull out of my Sale ?
The government advice is actually that, “There is no need to pull out of transactions “ but we all need to ensure we are following guidance to stay at home and away from others at all times, including the specific measures for those who are presenting symptoms, self-isolating or shielding. Prioritising the health of individuals and the public must be the priority.
FAQ's - FOR BUYERS
· Can I still get a mortgage?
If you need to take out a mortgage, don’t panic. Yes it’s absolutely not the same as it was, but there are still numerous products/deals still available, so still plenty of choice. We can organise impartial advice for you, just ask
· Am I able to view a house I’m interested in?
As all of us are adhering to #SaveLives #StayHome, so unfortunately not at this time. However get in touch, we will log viewing requests for all properties and as soon as the lockdown is lifted contact everyone to arrange.
· I have a sale agreed on a property, should I pull out?
