McDonald's and Covid 19 - 24th March

Hi Everyone,

As we now know, all but ‘essential’ workers are now being told to stay at home. Whilst this may feel frustrating for us all, this unprecedented measure will hopefully ease the burden on the heroic medical and emergency services, thus ensuring a quicker recovery, so we can all return to normal.

With immediate effect we have now closed both our Bispham and Blackpool sales offices. Here at McDonalds we are still committed to supporting our customers and have been preparing accordingly. Robust provisions to work from home are already in place.

We will be available 10:00 til 15:00 Monday to Friday to help as much as we possibly can. Our telecoms company are currently finalising the transfer of calls to the diverts we have already set up, but bear with us, as you can imagine there is incredible demand so we cannot be sure precisely what time this will take place.  Until then you can contact us by email as follows:

A quick summary of our policy:

• McDonalds are committed to continue to support and liaise with our valued customers, albeit within the restrictions of the lockdown.
• Viewings -   As potential buyers are not allowed to travel, we will log viewing requests for all properties and as soon as the lockdown is lifted contact everyone to arrange.
• Valuations -  As we are not allowed to travel, still send us your request and as soon as lockdown is lifted we will contact you to book and carry out the appraisal.
• Sales Progression -  Our sales progression team are working remotely and continuing to chase existing sales. Please keep in mind we can only communicate with those who are also available. eg: solicitors are also dealing within the restrictions of the lockdown.
• Offers -  We are still dealing with new and current offers as normal.
• Administration -  We are still processing this and able to react to all digital administration

***Please remember, the lockdown whilst understandably frustrating from a home moving point of view, is essential for the health of all of us. And whilst it may appear strict, we feel everyone now recognises the necessity to help the nation recover and get back to normal as quickly as possible***
