We've been actively monitoring the situation with regard to the outbreak of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and are keeping up to date with government and NHS guidance. Our top priority is the welfare of our colleagues whilst also ensuring that we will continue to maintain the level of service that our clients have come to expect from us.
As part of our robust futureproof planning we have taken the decision to temporarily close the Whitegate Drive office and move all business processes and staff into our Red Bank Road branch. All phone calls/enquiries emails etc will be automatically re-directed and dealt with in the normal manner. All existing and future appointments will be continue to be attended. At the moment, it is business as normal for McDonald Estate Agents. However whilst we love face to face interaction, can we just ask that you don’t visit or ask us to come to you if you are feeling unwell.
We take hygiene with the utmost seriousness, and don’t be offended but we do practice social distancing.
We are regularly monitoring the situation and will update you in due course should there be unavoidable changes to our service.
