Latest Covid Update - We're Still OPEN !

COVID 19 – JANUARY NATIONAL LOCKDOWN

On Monday 4^th January, Prime minister Boris Johnson announced a new stricter national lockdown in England. However as with previous measures, The Government has also confirmed that buying and selling activities CAN CONTINUE during this time.

So just to confirm again, as per our previous updates physical Property Evaluations and Viewings can still take place, but please remember these are by appointment only. All appointments should involve no more than 2 households inside the property at any one time. This includes the agent and occupier accompanying either party. Anyone in a support bubble with either household, however, will count as part of that household. All parties should wear a suitable face covering, and social distancing rules must be adhered to.

So it continues to be business as ‘new normal’ here at McDonalds. Some of the team are working from home, but be assured we are still very much available to help with all aspects of the house buying and selling process –anything we can do, just get in touch
