Covid 19 - Latest Lockdown Impact ?

Can I still view, buy, sell and move house during a lockdown ?

The Prime minister has announced a national lockdown for England, for one month starting on 5^th November, but the answer is very much YES.  In series of tweets the Housing Minister Robert Jenrick has confirmed that the housing market will remain open during this period.

So physical Property Evaluations and Viewings can still take place, but please remember these are by appointment only. All appointments should involve no more than 2 households inside the property at any one time. This includes the agent and occupier accompanying either party. Anyone in a support bubble with either household, however, will count as part of that household. All parties should wear a suitable face covering, and social distancing rules must be adhered to.
